5 of 5 Excellent kit! February 14, 2014
Reviewer: Chris from Des Moines, IA United States
Just got my 5-7 pistol kit today, and I had to stop by and write a review about how awesome it is.  First off, it arrived way sooner than I had expected.  The casting is so clean and nearly flawless.  A majority of the clean up was already done, so it just needs a very small amount of sanding before it's ready to paint.  I'm amazed at how well the parts fit together, snug enough to stay put yet still removeable.  It even comes with 3 real socket cap screws for the under barrel launcher which was a great surprise.  Definitely coming back for more BSG stuff!  Thank you!!

5 of 5 Great replica! April 2, 2012
Reviewer: Russ from MN, United States
I bought one of these kits a while ago.

The cleanup on the back side of the pistol frame and slide is easy for anyone owning a Dremmel style sanding tool... or plain sandpaper.

Normally you'd glue the kit together with some sort of epoxy. I actually screwed mine together. I ran two screws down through the front rail section and into the grenade launcher, securing it in place. Then I used an additional screw and ran it through the rear sight into the rear of the grip section.

Just be sure to drill holes slightly smaller in diameter than your screws and you'll be fine.

My replica is rock solid, screen accurate... and a decent price!
