Finished and fully painted Mal's Pistol like seen on the Firefly TV series. This is an artisan item and takes 3 - 5 weeks. We carry a small supply of these to conventions so they may not be
instock at the time of your order.

This is an artisan item that was cast from an stunt gun from the show, that was cleaned up by us and remastered.
The molds are vacuum degassed Platinum silicone. The resin is a dyed black super strong industrial resin and
has been pressure cast to minimize any air bubbles. The casting was then machined and hand sanded, filed, and
washed before painting.

The paint is a series of metalized paints in darken bronze, antique gold and silver accents for the gun and the hand
grips are painted in a nice rich coffee colored paint. The paint job was painstakingly matched to the pictures in the
Firefly Official Companion Volume 1.

This prop will make any true Firefly fan happy and with it's durable material construction it's the perfect costume accessory! more info

Custom wet formed leather holster made to fit the Mal's Pistol Prop. These were designed to replicate the holster Mal used, but in a more "rustic" look. The wet forming of the holster keeps the holster from damaging the prop gun's paint and the prop itself.

These are custom made leather holsters and usually take 2-6 weeks to be made.

You can chose Left or Right handed holsters and what color you want. If these fields are left blank, we will default to a Right Handed Rustic Brown color holster.

This set includes...

First, the custom wet formed leather holster made to fit the Mal's Pistol Prop. These were designed to replicate the holster Mal used, but in a more "rustic" look. The wet forming of the holster keeps the holster from damaging the prop gun's paint and the prop itself. Other holsters not wet formed can possibly damage the small knobs on the lower section of the pistol. Not ours, it fits like a glove!

The mid-holster buckle and strap are in the "Serenity" style with the belt tail pointing to the back of the holster.
You can unbuckle and easily rotate the strap to have the tail forward Firefly version.

These are custom made leather holsters and usually take 2-6 weeks to be made.

You can chose Left or Right handed holsters and what color you want. If these fields are left blank, we will default to a Right Handed Brown color holster unless black is chosen from the menu.
Left handed holsters are a special order item and may not be currently in stock.

Second, you also receive a finished and fully painted replica of Mal's pistol as seen on the series.
This is an artisan item that was remastered from a stunt casting used on the actual show. Details were refined and then the master was made using vaccum degassed platinum silicone. Our props are then pressure cast in black super strong industrial resin which results in an almost completely bubble free casting. Castings are then cleaned up and washed before painting to remove any change of the paint not adhering! more info
